Inspect for and remove all webs, bee/wasps nests and any other evidence of pest activity from the previous year on the exterior and garage areas of your home.
Look for possible mouse entry points around the home’s perimeter and plug those entrances with copper mesh.
Treat the exterior perimeter to control ants and other insect pests.
Inspect the interior of the home and treat in areas of concern or infestation.
Place rodent control devices in areas of concern.

Retreat the exterior perimeter to control carpenter ants and other insect pests.
Inspect trees, stumps, etc. in yard for signs of carpenter ant activity.

Look for any changes in the structure that could allow mice or insects to enter.
Inspect the interior for signs of infestation, and treat where necessary.
Check rodent control devices for signs of activity.
