How Paffy’s Pest Control Treats Bedbugs

We use a chemical pesticide to treat bed bugs and have much higher satisfaction and success rates because of it. We ask that you do no prep work before a technician comes out to a property—he will need to see the full infestation level. On the first treatment he will spray around the bed legs, box spring, base boards, door frames, closet frames, and window frames. Our pricing is based on the number of bed rooms treated, and our technician will treat living rooms, dining rooms, and hallways included in that price.

About an hour after the technician leaves, if you like, you can do laundry or dress the bed. The chemical will kill any bed bugs on contact and then adheres to the frames and other locations sprayed. The bugs will go about their business and come into contact with those chemicals and die. So don’t be alarmed if you see a few stragglers, as Paffy’s gives the product two weeks to work before we come back out for a follow-up treatment.

Three-Month Bed Bug Guarantee

The chemical does penetrate the egg, but we like to add a two-week follow-up to spot treat in case some do hatch; but it’s not enough time to mature enough to the reproductive age. The technician will return to perform a second treatment, spot checking the other areas of concern. This service includes a three-month guarantee from the first treatment, so if you notice any activity after that two-week follow-up don’t hesitate to call. A technician can come back out.
